Hotel policy
Below are the policies of Hotel Corona de Castilla regarding reservations made by users or clients, regardless of the channel from which they originate. These policies apply to all guests staying at and visiting Hotel Corona de Castilla.
Check-in time is from 13:00, and check-out time is by 12:00, except for reservations made through the website, which can be extended until 15:00 (with a supplement), subject to availability.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms and common areas of the hotel. Please note that smoking in rooms and/or common areas incurs a cleaning fee of 100 euros, payable upon check-out or charged to the card used for reservation payment.
We inform you that the access points and common areas of the establishment are under video surveillance, managed by Hotel Corona de Castilla S.A., and you can exercise your data protection rights with Hotel Corona de Castilla S.A. Access to parking is always subject to availability and requires prior request. The hotel is not responsible for any damage caused to vehicles inside the parking lot or at the access points.
Children are considered to be minors up to 11 years old, including those who turn 11 on the day of departure (if they turn 12 during their stay, they will not be considered children). Children aged 0-2 can stay for free if they share a bed or use a crib (crib reservation upon request and subject to availability).
The hotel is not responsible for belongings left in the room or in cars parked in the hotel parking lot.
Please note that reservations for more than 4 rooms may be subject to special cancellation and payment policies.
By making a reservation, you expressly consent to Hotel Corona de Castilla S.A. using the card provided at the time of booking as a guarantee of payment in the following scenarios: late cancellation and subsequent charges as per the reserved rate conditions, no-show at the establishment, possible damages to rooms or hotel facilities, and pending charges related to the stay. If the person making the reservation is different from the guest staying at the establishment and wishes to use a different credit card for these scenarios, please contact us; otherwise, the card used for the reservation or payment will be charged.
